Position summary:

We are looking for a Coordination Agent profile with high organizational capacity, attention to detail and the ability to manage complex operations in real time.

The position will be responsible for coordinating and ensuring the correct execution of home healthcare services, guaranteeing efficient, safe care aligned with Galeneo Health's clinical and operational standards.

The role requires adaptability, constant communication with multidisciplinary teams and comfort working in dynamic environments supported by technology.

Responsibilities:

• Daily coordination and planning of home healthcare services.

• Operational monitoring of patients, healthcare professionals and active services.

• Phone support and continuous assistance to patients, families and the healthcare team.

• Management and resolution of operational incidents in real time.

• Organization and follow-up of clinical and logistical activities.

• Coordination of suppliers, routes and operational resources.

• Supervision and updating of healthcare documentation and daily reports.

• Operational management of materials, stock and associated administrative follow-up.

• Continuous communication with clinical coordination, operations and healthcare teams.

• Daily use of our Pergamon® platform for operational monitoring, communication and clinical control.

Essential requirements:

• Demonstrable minimum experience of 3 years in operational coordination, healthcare management or complex healthcare environments.

• Training in health sciences, healthcare management or related fields.

• Availability to work in Madrid.

• Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends.

• Organizational capacity and prioritization in high operational load environments.

• Basic knowledge of digital tools and technology platforms.

• Valid work permit in Spain.

Valued requirements:

• Previous experience in home hospitalization.

• Experience in 24/7 healthcare coordination.

• Knowledge of operational management tools or clinical platforms.

• Advanced English.

• Experience in startups, healthtech or dynamic growth environments.
