Responsibilities:

• Receive patient requests, providing patients with clear and detailed information about services

• Coordinate home care: manage medical and nursing visits, clinical resources and patient follow-up

• Administrative management related to budgets, contracts and other documentation

• Attention and support throughout the process for the patient and family

Essential requirements:

• Previous experience, minimum of 1 year, in clinical, hospital or healthcare companies

• Experience in patient care and/or call center positions

• Experience in logistics and/or operations is a plus

• Availability to work in Madrid

• Work permit in Spain
