Responsibilities:
• Receive patient requests, providing clear and detailed information about services
• Coordinate home care: manage medical and nursing visits, clinical resources and patient follow-up
• Administrative management related to budgets, contracts and other documentation
• Ongoing support to the patient and family throughout the process
Essential requirements:
• Previous experience, minimum of 1 year, in a clinical, healthcare or health company environment
• Experience in patient care and/or call center positions
• Experience in logistics and/or operations sector is a plus
• Availability to work in Madrid
• Work permit in Spain
Competencies:
• Communication skills, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work in a team, autonomy and decision-making capacity
