Galeneo processes the information provided to it by the data subjects for the purpose of: Managing their contact data through the website form, as well as requests, queries, comments and Newsletter subscriptions. Any information reported or provided by the parties or to which either of them have access will be regarded as confidential and may not be disclosed, displayed, reproduced, copied, discussed with third parties or used by any of the parties for any purpose other than the one for which they were provided.
These General Conditions will be governed by Spanish law. In the event of any issues that arise between the parties with regard to the construction and execution of this document, they both expressly agree to abide by the jurisdiction of the Courts of Law of Madrid, expressly waiving any right they may have to a different jurisdiction.
