For the purposes provided for in the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of 27 April, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of these data, and which repeals Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR), as well as the provisions of the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December on Personal Data Protection and the Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), you are hereby informed that the personal data provided will be added (or updated) to the data processing activities performed by Galeneo, with registered address in Avenida Ventisquero de la Condesa, 16 Local 1,28035, Madrid.

Galeneo processes the information provided to it by the data subjects for the purpose of: Managing their contact data through the website form, as well as requests, queries, comments and Newsletter subscriptions. To manage the navigation of the Website in a suitable way. To file or contest claims of any kind. No automated decisions will be taken on the basis of the aforementioned Galeneo profile. These data may be transferred to other countries with which data-processing agreements have been signed (AIRTABLE Application). Any personal data provided will be retained unless the data subject requests that they be erased, provided that, in such an eventuality, erasure is not expressly prohibited by the applicable regulations governing data protection. The main purpose of this file is not conditioned to the consent of data that are not necessary for the aforementioned main purpose.

Authorisation to process:

The authorisation to process personal data is based on the data subject’s consent (Art. 6.1 a) GDPR). The personal data requested are obligatory, meaning that failure to provide them renders it impossible for them to be included in the aforementioned files and the fulfilment of the purposes defined in the preceding paragraph.


Date assignments to third parties are not envisaged. Provision is made for the transfer of these data to other countries, such as the USA, with which data-processing agreements have been signed (Applications used by the actual organisation).


Each and every person is entitled to obtain confirmation as to whether or not Galeneo is processing personal data that concern them. The data subjects are entitled to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of incorrect data or, as the case may be, that the data be erased when, for among other reasons, they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected and pursuant to the applicable legislation. In certain circumstances, the data subjects may request the restriction of the processing of their data, in which case the data will only be retained for the purpose of exercising the rights provided for above. In certain circumstances, and for reasons related to their specific situation, the data subjects may object to the processing of their data. In such eventualities, Galeneo will cease to process the data, barring compelling legitimate reasons or in the exercise of the aforementioned rights. Similarly, the data subject has the right to receive the personal data that they have provided to Galeneo in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. This right will be limited by the following exceptions: if the data affected by the right have been provided by the data subject; that their data are processed by Galeneo automatically (by computerised means). They are also entitled to file a claim with the oversight authority (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos) [The Spanish Data Protection Agency]


Any information reported or provided by the parties or to which either of them have access will be regarded as confidential and may not be disclosed, displayed, reproduced, copied, discussed with third parties or used by any of the parties for any purpose other than the one for which they were provided.

Applicable legislation and jurisdiction

These General Conditions will be governed by Spanish law. In the event of any issues that arise between the parties with regard to the construction and execution of this document, they both expressly agree to abide by the jurisdiction of the Courts of Law of Madrid, expressly waiving any right they may have to a different jurisdiction.
