Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of recruitment processes.

• Posting job offers and actively sourcing candidates.

• Conducting interviews and evaluating profiles.

• Coordinating with managers and internal departments.

• Following up with candidates throughout the process.

• Managing databases and recruitment tools.

• Contributing to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.

• Preparing recruitment reports and metrics.

Essential requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent selection.

• Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple processes at once.

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and job platforms.

• Digital skills and experience with ATS tools.

• Valid work permit in Spain.

Desirable requirements

• Experience recruiting healthcare profiles.

• Experience in startups or high-growth environments.

• Intermediate or advanced English.

• Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or a related field.
