Responsibilities:

• Full management of selection processes.

• Job posting and active candidate search.

• Conducting interviews and profile evaluation.

• Coordination with managers and internal departments.

• Candidate follow-up throughout the process.

• Management of databases and recruitment tools.

• Participation in employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.

• Preparation of reports and recruitment metrics.

Essential requirements:

• Minimum experience of 2 years in selection or recruitment.

• Organizational capacity and management of multiple processes.

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and job platforms.

• Digital knowledge and ATS tools.

• Valid work permit in Spain.

Valued requirements:

• Experience in selecting healthcare or health sector profiles.

• Experience in startups or high-growth environments.

• Intermediate or advanced English.

• Background in Psychology, HR or related fields.
