Strategy & Special Projects Lead

Responsibilities:

You will lead the definition, structuring and execution of key strategic projects, ensuring that decisions translate into real outcomes within the organization.

• You will lead high-impact cross-functional strategic initiatives, end-to-end, including their implementation and monitoring.

• You will work side by side with the different units, including product and technology teams, in the development of scalable solutions

• You will participate in the design and evolution of the clinical care model and the portfolio of our programs and services

• You will build business cases, financial models and feasibility analyses for the different products and services

• You will identify operational blockers and implementation issues

• You will assess and lead growth opportunities, partnerships and M&A

• You will implement project management structures and continuous improvement

Requirements

We are looking for profiles with strong analytical skills, an executive mindset and a real understanding of the healthcare sector

• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategy consulting, or high-performance startups/scale-ups

• Healthcare background or proven experience of at least 3 years in healthcare

• Fluent Spanish (must)

• Experience structuring complex problems and building business cases and financial models autonomously

Highly valued:

• Background in health sciences (medicine, nursing, biomedicine, pharmacy, etc.)

• PhD in the biomedical field
