Supply & Operations Lead

At Galeneo we are preparing the launch of a new service unit focused on continuous home care services, with its own operating model and the capacity to grow significantly.

We are looking for the person who will take on Supply & Operations responsibility for this new unit.

We need a profile with experience managing people-intensive operations, able to coordinate large, distributed teams and to ensure every service has the professionals and resources it needs.

The position carries an important additional challenge: taking part from day one in building the new unit's operating model and making it work as activity grows.

What will your mission be?

Build and run the Supply & Operations model of the new unit, ensuring professional planning and availability, service continuity and an efficient operation.

You will own a critical part of the business: capacity, coverage, resources and operational execution.

What will your responsibilities be?

Supply & Workforce Capacity

• Size and maintain the professional capacity needed to respond to variable demand.

• Manage large, distributed teams, ensuring availability, coverage and service continuity.

• Anticipate capacity needs based on activity and growth forecasts.

• Develop and maintain professional pools and backup systems.

• Manage onboarding, availability, shifts, holidays, substitutions, sick leave and other operational adjustments.

• Coordinate recruitment, hiring, onboarding and offboarding processes with HR.

• Ensure the professional pipeline meets the real needs of the operation.

Operations

• Lead the operational launch of the new unit.

• Design and implement clear, efficient and replicable operating processes.

• Ensure the correct activation, staffing and continuity of services.

• Coordinate professionals, resources, materials, equipment and external partners.

• Manage daily operations and resolve incidents and critical priorities through to closure.

• Identify bottlenecks and propose and implement operational improvements.

Performance

• Define, measure and manage the main operational indicators: coverage, capacity, utilization, availability, absenteeism, incidents, productivity and cost.

• Understand and control the main unit economics associated with Supply & Operations.

• Analyze available capacity against demand and anticipate deviations.

• Identify automation and improvement opportunities.

• Ensure activity growth maintains the expected levels of quality, efficiency and control.

System & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with procedures, SOPs and operational standards.

• Guarantee traceability and correct use of our PergamonApp® platform and the rest of the company's systems.

• Work in coordination with HR, Finance and care teams to ensure labor, administrative and care compliance.

• Keep an orderly, documented, measurable and audit-ready operation.

What are we looking for?

• 8+ years of experience in Operations, Workforce Management, Healthcare Operations, Staffing or people-intensive management environments.

• Proven experience managing large teams, preferably distributed and with variable shift, availability and coverage needs.

• Ability to simultaneously manage daily operations, incidents and improvement projects.

• Analytical profile, used to working with KPIs, capacity, productivity and costs.

• Experience using digital management tools and operating systems.

• Ability to design processes, implement them and ensure compliance.

• Experience in Healthcare, Home Care or Elderly Care will be especially valued.

• Knowledge of the Spanish labor environment and its operational implications.

• Professional English.

• Availability to work on site in Madrid.
